POST/v1/mailboxes/{mailbox_id}/files

Use multipart/form-data with the file field. Files must be 1 byte to 25 MiB. Antivirus scanning runs before upload. Insufficient quota returns 409; excessive size, 413; a detected threat, 422; an unavailable scanner, 503.
