POST/v1/mailboxes/{mailbox_id}/send

必需 Idempotency-Key 8–128 个字符长。使用相同的键和主体重复返回相同的操作；另一个主体给出 409。HTTP 202 表示排队。检查操作的状态，而不是收到响应的事实。
